Bandshell (Google Earth)
Recent satellite footage from NOAA confirms that the Bandshell at Broadway and Canyon not only smells like a urinal, it looks like one, too – especially from outer space. Local scientists assert that the Bandshell really does stand out, even on Google Earth, and some theorize that it may have something to do with the large population of extra-terrestrials in Boulder.
Boulder old-timer Bob Greenish notes, “I wondered why all of those kids with dreadlocks were jumping around on stage. Now I know they were just waiting their turn to go.”
Unconfirmed sources confirm that Boulder is a well known pit-stop for inter-galactic hitchhikers.
