Gail Promboin has lived in Boulder for nearly 16 years. She has spent most of her life working in the public and nonprofit sectors on a variety of issues, including planning, neighborhood development, housing, education, youth development, and health.
She has a Masters degree in city planning from UPenn and served two terms as a local elected official in Connecticut. She is a board member of the North Boulder Alliance and serves on both the Neighborhood Shelter Action Group for the homeless shelter and BHP's advisory group for the Housing First program at 1175 Lee Hill.
