Presentation: Hogan-Pancost Development Opponents

By

PLAN-Boulder County forum:  “The Opponents’ Perspective on the Proposed Hogan-Pancost Development”

Presenters:
Jeff McWhirter
Jeff Rifkin

The Hogan-Pancost property is probably the last major piece of land (apart from possibly the Area III Planning Reserve) on the edge of the City of Boulder that will be proposed for annexation and development. It comprises 22 acres of vacant land near the East Boulder Community Center. The city’s Planning Board is currently scheduled to consider the proposal on January 19.

Unfortunately, both the developer of the proposed project and the city’s planning staff have declined invitations to participate in this program. So it will consist of a presentation about the proposal by some of its leading opponents and ample time for questions and answers.
