Hey Boulder Blue-Liners! I’ve watched with delight as North Boulder has evolved. NoBo in many ways epitomizes the city’s planning efforts to build sustainable and livable neighborhoods. In a decade, this new neighborhood has become a good place to live and work, eat out and and hang out with friends. Who knew it would become our bicycling Mecca and the spot to be as an artist or designer? With more than 60% of the housing as permanently affordable, the Holiday neighborhood provides great housing for young families and co-housers of all ages.
