City leaders from the Boulder business community and city government, including Mayor Osborne, will lead a community panel to discuss 2B: the November ballot measure that would replace the Xcel Franchise Fee with an Occupation Tax and thus assure that the Boulder city services stays funded while fair and open negotiations for cleaner energy can be pursued. Come have your questions answered about 2B and its implications for Boulder’s clean energy future.
Community input and involvement is sought on the 2B issue and diverse voices on the topic are encouraged.
