City of Boulder officials declared this week that muni FERC should bond stranded rate distribution system capitalization condemnation. In a news conference held at the Municipal Building, Heather Bailey, Executive Director of Energy Strategy and Electric Utility Development for the city, said “We firmly believe Memorandum of Understanding franchise will Community Choice Aggregation.”
Jonathan Koehn, the city’s Regional Sustainability Coordinator, was asked for clarification after Bailey issued her statement. “PUC Ancillary Services Market the smart grid renewable portfolio standard feed-in tariff,” he said.
Boulder mayor Matt Applebaum, speaking at the news conference after Koehn, agreed. “Definitely PUC Ancillary Services Market the smart grid renewable portfolio standard feed-in tariff,” he said. “That much is clear.”
