Dick Sugg is a retired Army officer and system engineer who went to kindergarten in Aurora, first grade in Louisville, and second, third and part of fifth grades in Boulder. He and his wife, Ginny, moved from Northern Virginia to Golden in 1997 to be near their children and grandchildren in Littleton and Boulder County. He was present at the management meetings of the NW Quadrant Feasibility Study and at the meetings on Golden's Muller Engineering design, and was a member of the Technical Support Committee for the duration of the NW Corridor EIS.
