Boulder Valley School District Superintendent Chris King is leaving BVSD and the school board will begin its search for a new superintendent soon. According to the Daily Camera, school board president Ken Roberge said that they haven’t yet identified the skills they will be looking for in the next superintendent.

What is shameful is to pay the guy for 6 months after he steps down.
If that’s the case, keep him until 2013.
Though, I think he’s been a lousy Superintendent, as shown by the simple example of having the KING family all over Educational Access, BVSD channel 22, going to Jonas Brothers concerts and having their “special” children treated as hollywood royalty.
That should have drawn some raised eyebrows as to our Superintendent’s commitment to education.
