{"id":97,"name":"Robert Cohen","url":"","description":"Robert Cohen holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Cornell University.  He left his scientific career at NOAA\/Boulder in 1973 to join the budding federal renewable energy R&D program in Washington, D.C.
