We plan to run a 1070-type bill,\u201d he said, adding that the legislation will be ready to go right away when the session opens.<\/p>\n<p>Lambert said he is not concerned about litigation. \u201cWe are very confident that the Supreme Court will uphold the Arizona law as it was written.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe issue is not to try and write a bill in such a way that you can avoid litigation. It will be litigated one way or the other,\u201d Lambert said. \u201cGroups that oppose measures like this will litigate no matter how you write it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said that polls show that a majority of Americans support legislation like Arizona\u2019s. \u201cI don\u2019t care if it is litigated,\u201d he said. \u201cIt is clearly something the people want.
