Touch control would require guardians to be able to identify their dogs while blindfolded. The latter could be important on a dusty, windy day, Barker explained.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about how owners would control their dogs through the sense of taste, Barker responded, &#8220;The residents can rest assured that we have that covered.
