User Submittals<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Through the Comment forms, Contact Us page and the Submit an Article page, users may post, upload, transmit and\/or otherwise submit comments, messages, other text, photos, images, story ideas, essays, and other content and materials.\u00a0 You acknowledge that materials you submit are for public and not private communications.\u00a0 We reserve the right to screen, refuse to post, remove or edit materials that you submit at any time and for any reason.<\/p>\n

You may not submit any materials anonymously or under a false name or a false e-mail address. You may not impersonate another user or provide any false information about yourself.<\/p>\n

The Blue Line collects your name and email address when you register.\u00a0 The Blue Line also collects your email address when you subscribe to email updates.\u00a0 We do not provide this personal information to any party.<\/p>\n

The Blue Line, through Google Analytics, collects information about visitors\u2019 browsers, operating systems, monitor resolutions, domain names of Internet Service Providers and other data that are not personally identifiable.<\/p>\n

When you sign up for Blue Line updates or receive e-mail messages from the Blue Line, you will always be given the chance to opt-out. \u00a0You may remove your name or unsubscribe at any time.<\/p>\n

Any information you disclose voluntarily in articles or comments on the Blue Line becomes public information. We cannot control the actions of our site users and advise you to use your discretion in sharing information about yourself on the Internet.
